Situation
Fetch Package was facing a significant reputational crisis that was hindering sales and new client acquisition. Negative online reviews from residents overshadowed the brand’s strengths, while client feedback remained largely uncollected. Additionally, there was no clear content strategy or structured social media presence, making it difficult to build trust with prospective clients.
Solution
Hired to improve the company’s brand reputation, I initially focused on reactive reputation management—responding to resident reviews to demonstrate that Fetch cared about feedback. However, I recognized that residents weren’t the direct clients; property managers and leasing teams were. To drive revenue, Fetch needed a proactive strategy that spoke directly to its client’s needs and pain points.
